Empowerment affirmations are a great way to stay motivated, maintain a healthy mindset, and to practice positive self-talk. 

An affirmation is meant to be a repetitive phrase that will, over time, help you adjust your thinking so that you believe the affirmation

For creative, ambitious women, affirmations become especially important as you navigate big goals and set intentions for your life.

You can choose to focus on one empowerment affirmation during meditation or speak them as you go about your day as positive reminders of your capabilities.

Below, find 23 empowerment affirmations that will help you change the way you look at and approach your life. Pick one that jumps out at you or speaks to a current struggle. 

Repeat them at least 20 times a day for a week.

You don’t necessarily need to say them out loud. Even repeating them in your head while you brush your teeth in the morning will have a positive benefit on the rest of your day.

Use a journal to track how your mindset shifts over that week.

Like everything that has to do with your intuitive and creative side, your affirmations should be flexible and adaptable to your circumstances or desires.
