Hi, I’m Layla. Writer, marketer, and creator of Female Mind Unleashed.
I’m also a wife, a mother, a daughter, a recovering perfectionist, and a firm believer that fulfillment is not something we buy, but something we build.
I started Female Mind Unleashed in 2019 as a creative outlet seeking the answer to a big question:
What happens when women stop chasing more… and start creating meaning?
Over the years, that question turned into guides, workbooks, endless blog posts, self-care rituals, and a growing movement of women committed to creative and intentional living.
My Journey
I spent years in the grind climbing ladders, checking boxes, and marketing products to women just like me. But the more "successful" I got, the more I started to ask:
Is this it?
So I began doing the work — the real work — to reconnect with my values, my voice, and my vision for a more fulfilled life.
I learned that creativity isn’t a luxury.
Intention isn’t a trend.
And fulfillment doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from coming home to yourself.
